Window

Our greatest glory isn't in never failing; but in rising every time we fall. By seeing what happened to me in the past two years, this quotation may become the strength that I have to clear all doubt in my mind about the impossible of having a great life. When people could open their mind, they will know that life is beautiful.

One day, in a small village, there was a lady living in a small house. She lived alone and somehow always showing her sad face. When the day was rain, she cried and it also happened when the day was hot. No one in that village knew what happened to her and never asked her until a day when there was an old man came to the village.

He was about 70 years old. When he saw the lady, he puts on his pity on that lady and wondering about what happened to her. Then, he decided to have a visit.

When he got in to her house, he found the lady was sitting in her chair, crying. Then he asked her "What makes you crying in every rain and hot?"

The lady said "I had two daughters, first is a seller of ice cream and the second is a seller of coffee. When the day is raining, I am thinking of my first daughter which will get no money to live as no one will buy an ice cream in rain. When the day is hot, I am thinking of my second daughter which will get no money as no one wants hot coffee if the day is hot. That's what makes me cry in every single time."

Then the old man answered "Now try to think in different ways. When the day is raining, think of your second daughter which will get lots of money as everyone wants to buy her coffee in rain. When the day is hot, think of your first daughter which will get lots of money as everyone wants her ice cream."

Since that moment on, the lady threw out her crying face and turned it in to happy face forever.

Life will always beautiful when we use the right window to see it. When you have a dirty window, you will see everything dirty. But when you have a clean window, you will see everything is wonderful. Something happened whether bad or good is depend on your window, your way to see the thing. When you feel that the world is unfair, want to give up in everything, try to clean up your window and see what a great life you have.
